About the Senior Product Designer at Proof of Learn:

You will be working on a new AI-forward native app in stealth mode. Our goal is a world where working parents and individuals have a support system and can help find balance in their day to day lives. We will be working at the intersection of experiences driven by AI and trusted human partners.

This designer is a highly collaborative, systems-thinker that designs elegant and equitable experiences for all. They generate clarifying multimodal user experiences. They help guide our members to increase balance and wellness throughout their day, week, and lifetime.

This role is a trusted partner to the Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing teams, and sits within the Product team.

How your skills and passion will come to life:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customers to develop exceptional native app designs from concept to implementation.
• Create visually stunning and user-centric designs, incorporating AI technologies to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, LLM models, and their application in product design.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, design principles, and emerging AI technologies.
• Conduct user research and apply insights to optimize app designs for enhanced user engagement and satisfaction.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless integration of AI features into the product.
• Evolve our design systems and pattern library for mobile apps and web.
• Architect, wireframe and iterate on clear user journeys along with high fidelity designs.
• Work directly with Product Managers, Operations and Engineers on implementing these in product.
